Vertica Condominiums

This multi-residential building of 12 floors and 192 units marks the southern extremity of a new residential neighbourhood.

The project relies on a play of scale and contrast, both spatial and material, to break the mass effect of the whole. Rhythm, light, openness and contrasts of green: through its volume and treatment, this bold architectural concept punctuates the block at its southern end through this ambitious new residential district. With its ground-floor, double-height corner commercial space and its green piazza, this project is attentive to its connection with the street-level sense of public space.
