Simon Lake residence
Facing a large private beach on Simon Lake located in western Quebec, this single-storey cabin fully takes full advantage of the site’s exceptional width and brings the outdoors inside. The roof overhang offers extra protection from the sun while maximizing views of the lake.
Eventually becoming the owner’s main residence in the near future, the interior space was designed to allow user flexibility. With its mid-century modern inspiration and drawing on the archetypical Quebecois cabin, this residence is timeless while reminding us of the cabins from our childhoods.
