3075, Sainte-Catherine East
This redevelopment project transforms an industrial site into a residential building dedicated to affordable housing. Stemming from a partnership between a community organization and a private owner, the project aims to address the shortage of affordable housing in Montreal by redeveloping a strategically located site, close to the metro and services. A concern for integration has shaped the project, ensuring a smooth transition between residential and industrial sectors and aiming to minimize potential nuisances associated with this coexistence.
