A major renovation and fit-up project located in a demanding setting of an Old Montreal historic building, this 4-storey office complex mandated by an international client. The process involved a parallel design, coordination and construction method. Our services ranged from design to complete drawings, coordination, sourcing of suppliers to complete site management and supervision.
