Eeyou Eenou Realty Properties Inc. initiated the development of this 26-storey real estate project located in front of the Bonaventure freeway entrance to Montreal situated on Cree native land.

We were mandated to handle the interior design of the common spaces and corridors, in collaboration with Cree community design aesthetic. Particular attention was paid to the integration of elements emblematic of First Nations culture, wherein the spaces created are in perfect harmony between the representation of the Eeyou Istchee territory and the Montreal urban landscape.
