Net-Zero Library
This is the first Net-Zero energy project built in the town of Varennes, Quebec, for which it also received LEED Gold certification. This library was designed to minimize its energy consumption and benefit from the natural light and ventilation.
The roof, leaning towards the south, is covered in photovoltaic panels in order to produce more energy than the building requires.
