Located in Montreal, this real estate development is comprised of 4 distinct buildings, with Monarc 1&2 built in phase 1, and Monarc 3&4, for which we were mandated, to be built as a contiguous phase 2.
Responsible for the interior design of all common areas, hallways, rental units and condos, we drew inspiration from the bold and organic design of the monarch butterfly, enhancing the project with chromatic and design flourishes, while simultaneously reinforcing its brand identity.
The concept orients itself toward the natural fenestra with a skilful integration of organic elements and natural materials. The judicious use of colors, shapes and textures creates a pleasant atmosphere that instantly reminds us of the closeness to nature. Raw, natural-looking stone and tiles, oak wood paneling, earthy, sand-tinted tones accented by bronze bronze metal detailing reiterate this organic inspiration.
