Transformation of Mamie Claftoutis store. A challenging task of reimagining the layout of the shop to provide customers with a self-service experience. The integration of an enhanced camera surveillance system and a self-payment service kiosk enables the launch of a bakery in autonomous mode, without the need for employees.
